I had my daughter’s joint birthday party here yesterday. I can’t rate this place highly enough. With 23 excited children to contend with, the staff did a remarkable job of getting all of the meals out at the same time, the children were entertained in the soft play, the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. They took it all in their stride and with a smile. We have been here on 2 other occasions, just dropping in, and we get the same welcome every time, as if we are the most important people in the world… and everyone gets this treatment. This is something you do not get from large franchises and is something that will keep me going back.
